What I Wore: Fifties Housewife

Cardigan: Anthropologie
Strapless Dress: Lanvin
Bow Necklace: Urban Outfitters
"B" Belt: Fendi
Suede Boots: Enzo Angiolini
Unseen Brown Feather Headband: Jennifer Ouellette

After taking some shots, I realized how difficult it is to get a good one (I'm not crazy about this one, but it was the clearest one I had). I'm terrible with the lighting, angling, etc. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

A close up of the boots and the dress, which I hemmed (it was originally much longer):

These boots are ancient--I can't even remember when I bought them. I use them, I abuse them, and still they remain the most comfortable 3" heels I have. Pretty remarkable for an inexpensive pair of boots!

Again, you astound me. The way you make things work together is quite amazing. The dress color and pattern is so pretty and is wonderfully paired with the cardigan to give a feminine shape with the belt. The whole look is cute and fits with your personality so well. Love it.

Cute outfit! Love the blue dress, the color is awesome!

I also need angling/lighting tips. I feel like none of my pictures really do any of my clothes justice...they all seem to look better in real life! :)

Very cute. I love this. Minus the boots. You don't like really high heels do you?

FJ--Since I'm on my feet all day long, I can't really wear anything higher than 3 inches or 4 with a platform of some kind. How about you--what heel height do you usually wear?
