Talk about being desperate.) While I normally disregard most heart-shaped trifles, I can't help but love these McQueen pumps, whose cutesy heart-shaped cut-outs are tempered by the sexy green crocodile skin and amped up by the vertiginous heel height. It's enough to make a girl fall head over heels.
